We take special care with every shipment! Your games are packed with:

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive email updates at every stage, including tracking information once your order ships. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking is available through your local postal service once the package arrives in your country.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
While most deliveries arrive on time, international shipping can occasionally face delays. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment and keep you updated.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unplayed and in original condition with all components. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my game arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your game arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Can I exchange a game for a different one?
Currently, we only process returns (with refund) rather than direct exchanges. You’re welcome to return the unwanted game (following our return policy) and place a new order for the game you prefer. This helps ensure you get your preferred title as quickly as possible.
