Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note for International Customers: We ship globally except to select Asian regions and remote areas. Customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
While we carefully select every game in our collection, we understand that sometimes a return might be necessary. Here’s how our policy works:
Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All game components must be complete and undamaged
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure fair play for all our customers, these items cannot be returned:
- Clearance Sale items (as marked in our menu)
- Broken Token accessories (due to their customized nature)
- Opened or used board games (for hygiene reasons)
- Any item not in its original condition
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with this information:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Item details (name, quantity, reason)
- Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)
- Confirmation that items are unused
- Your shipping address
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our game-loving support team will review your request within 2 business days and email you with instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Include the RMA number on your return package.
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred shipping method
- Store Credit: Issued immediately via email as a digital gift card
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
