Once shipped:

• You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping details
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees

4.3 International Orders

For customers outside the US:

• We don’t ship to select Asian regions or remote areas
• Customs fees are your responsibility
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are unused in original condition
• All components are complete and undamaged
• Original packaging is intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
